You’re constantly generating new ad concepts, quickly scaling winners, and killing losers without hesitation—using AI to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration.

Hollow is a fast-growing DTC brand, and creative is the engine behind our paid media growth. As our Head of Performance Creative, you’ll lead the team responsible for producing the ads that drive customer acquisition across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, AI-powered production, and rapid experimentation. You’ll work closely with our Growth team to understand what’s performing, generate new ad concepts based on data and trends, and lead the creative team to produce high volumes of performance-focused ads.
This isn’t traditional brand creative—it’s performance creative at scale, powered by systems and AI. The goal is simple: test fast, iterate faster, and continuously discover new winning ads, using AI to increase both speed and output without sacrificing quality.
